Whilst drinking alcohol can be a fun way to celebrate or relax, 1 in 6 adults in the UK regularly exceed daily guidelines. We can help you to manage your drinking so that you control it and it doesn’t control you.
Adult are advised not to drink more than 14 units of alcohol per week (this is equal to 6 pints of beer or 6 medium sized glasses of wine). It’s also advised that these are not consumed all in one drinking session.
This guideline was developed to minimise chances of drinking related illnesses, including cancers and liver damage. The body can usually repair itself if you stop heavy drinking early on – so take control now!
